  Bought a fridge, dryer and microwave online, paid the prime delivery. The deliver guy forgot about my microwave, and lied about it being out of stock (I then called the store they said they have plenty:( had to come to the store and pick up a 25kg microwave myself.
  
  The deliver guy keeps complaining to me that they'd not be able to get off work early if they helpee with installation. Excuse me, isn't that your job? Isn't that's what you're paid for?
  
  Will never buy anything from good guys again, harvey Norman has much better customer service.
